Here are the subjects that were approved by door to door signatures.
    These are concerns and suggestions.
There can be changes made that will make all entities satisfied

There ARE other ways to distribute lots and roads, while keeping the Sugar Creek Development profitable and intact.
    • Proposal 1:
o Find another alternative for an outlet for the proposed new connect at Pebble Hills Dr.
 This outlet joins Pebble Hills Dr to a portion of the road not owned by Sandy City
 The proposed outlet is immediately north of a blind corner and would block visibility to oncoming traffic which will increase risks of accidents
 This road would place a road on 3 sides of the home at proposed site
 The incline of the proposed outlet would be ANOTHER VERY STEEP ROAD
 Section 21-21-10 says that a minimum right of way for a road needs to be 52 feet and there is not enough space at the suggested outlet at Pebble Hills Dr

    Proposal 2:
o Much needed relief from traffic problems on Harvard Park
 Find solutions to the danger of cars parked on sides of Harvard Park and by Rockledge residents.
     Possible solutions could be:
    • Eliminate parking on one side of the road entirely. Visibility and accessibility to traffic would be greatly enhanced.
    • Ticket Commercial Trucks that habitually park there.
    • Create a crosswalk at the juncture of Harvard Park and Cy’s Road
    • Create Speed Humps
o Put a 3 way stop sign with flashing red lights at the base of the steep road that joins Harvard Park and Gravel Hills
    • Proposal 3
o Some solutions to green space needs could be:
    • Create open green space in a neighborhood park for both Sugar Creek and our existing neighborhoods, perhaps centered around the pond.
 A walking path could also be an alternative.
    • It could include a green spaced trail that might include historic markers and plants that could be planted that are drought tolerant, while maintaining trees that would already exist along the trail. People and their dogs could enjoy this feature. It would start in our neighborhood and continue thru Sugar Creek.
o The massive loss of trees, greenery and water spots will severely impact clean air and global warming.
o This is the last opportunity for green/open space in our part of Sandy City.
