9. CA09062023-0006605 (CC) Amendments to Title 21 of the Land Development Code, Chapter 19, Special Development (SD) Districts, Section 20, SD (Carnation) -10600 S. 1000 E.
I am opposed to this zoning change, but the Planning commission minutes did not include the new information I presented. The County Mayor, together with the County Council are proposing a free Youth Rec Center pass, for Salt Lake County Residents ages 5 to 18. Tis pass will significantly increase foot traffic around Dimple Fell. The final budget will be approved in December, as soon as 12/5.
I oppose the amendment to this code because the roads in this area can not handle the additional traffic that a drive-up restaurant would bring. It is a small lot on a corner.
