Suggest a correction: (b)(2)(a) because "provisions" is plural, drop the "a" at the end of the first line.

Comment: (c)(2) This is a presumption. You do not otherwise require the area to be on a UDOT street. Improve the Sidewalk, Parkstrip, and road to normal city standards; an exemption may be granted for 3 years if on a UDOT right of way, and renewed, with the recommendation of the city engineer.

Comment: (c)(7) the word "smaller" on the 4th line should be "shorter" than 8'.

Comment: (d)(4) This is misleading because the site plan review may find the structures need to be separated for life and safety reasons, reducing the number of structures.

The one-acre minimum size is mentioned twice. You might add a requirement that the land be contiguous. For the final section (e), it will only be not applicable if the remaining part fails to meet the requirements for the Zone. For example, the caretaker shares the home with a commercial use such as a hair dresser. The house would have to be placed in a different zone.

Hello, Alex and Sarah Kuwahara here! We support this item for rezone and are hoping this item will move forward in the process. We also want to thank all the people that have worked diligently on this matter. As far as we can see, this draft is all that we have hoped for.

I support the zoning change, however, I think reasonable safety codes need to be enforced. In the case of Kuwahara's the impact of a busy parking lot and the inability of cars to enter the lot from northbound State St. in a timely manner instead of sitting on State St. while cars come up behind them going 40 mph needs to be evaluated.
