I believe Sandy City should be encouraging development which enhances and preserved existing neighborhoods. the current zoning here is single-family with agricultural designation. Once agricultural designation goes away, there is no going back, and that unique part of Sandy is lost forever. Please keep single-family and agricultural designation.
Even if this proposal is built as presented, and there is no guarantee of that, It is high-density -- 96 gated homes that do not fit in the area.

I do not want the housing to be as dense as proposed. A PUD(10) zoning would invite increased traffic and crime.
